Forum: Ruby rvm broken on mint and cannot log a bug there

Freshly installed Mint Linux.  Installed RVM using apt-get (command
line) and get the following upon opening a new shell.  Note I have
installed it correctly on Mint Linux Maya 13 or whatever, it's the most
up-to-date version downloaded from their site this evening (done this 4
times now):

I know nobody will be able to offer any useful suggestions to this
ultra-fucked situation.  Just DO NOT USE MINT LINUX IF YOU ARE
INTERESTED IN USING RVM BECAUSE IT DOES __NOT__ WORK !!!

Both errors you posted are not just mint/ubuntu related. When using a 
package manager to manager a "package manager" like RVM you can stumble 
into a lot of troubles.
It's the same for every OS out there.
