Forum: Ruby on Rails Charles Weitzer Introduction

Hello,

My name is Charles Weitzer.  I was a programmer for about 10 years, 
mainly
designing and developing relational database systems, doing SAS 
programming
for statistical applications, and wrote some computer aided software
engineering tools in C as well.   I am transitioning into recruiting
exclusively for the Ruby on Rails community.  After being a programmer, 
I
first spent 16 years recruiting for the video game industry, mainly
designers, producers, programmers, animators, artists, and the like.
During the most recent 6 years I recruited quantitative analysts for 
major
quant hedge funds, mainly physicists, software engineers, statisticians,
and applied mathematicians.  But change is good.  I plan on download 
Ruby
on Rails and get into the guts of the platform.  If you are looking for
