CoffeeScript, Haml, Sass, jQuery, Backbone, Git, Scrum, Pivotal Tracker,
Trello
... write not only outstanding code but are also able to explain how you
proceed while you go along – and you love pair-programming
... are an excellent communicator, with the team as well as with the
customer
... keep the product and the budget in view and are able to help the
product-owner to come to a meaningful product – even with limited
resources.
... feel comfortable with being the lead in technology as well as in
product management if the project needs it
