Is anyone aware of any paid jruby support group?
Thanks,

Are you asking for a commercial support offering? Like dev or production support for JRuby-based apps? If so, EngineYard does offer some support options with more on the way. I can put you in contact with the right people, if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise...what do you mean? Weren't the passenger guys offering a paid support service also? Along the lines of Ruby Enterprise Edition? Perhaps the OP looking for a JRuby equivalent? On Wed, Mar 3, 2010 at 10:25 PM, Charles Oliver Nutter

If that's what's desired, then the EY support options are definitely the way to go. Here's a contact form if you want more information: http://www.engineyard.com/products/jruby-support On Wed, Mar 3, 2010 at 4:58 PM, Richard Conroy <richard.conroy@gmail.com> wrote: >> >> > http://old.nabble.com/Jruby-Support-tp27773111p27773111.html >> > http://richardconroy.blogspot.com > --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list, please visit: http://xircles.codehaus.org/manage_email

Yes I meant commercial support for one particular issue, which seems to
be in
rails framework or jruby.
We contacted EngineYard but it seems they only support JRuby when
application is running on their servers.

I know that's not going to be the case for long. We are planning to offer real external JRuby developer support. Can you email me off-list and I'll connect you with the right folks to talk to? And for everyone else: yes, if you have specific bugs or issues you *really* need looked at, getting a dev support contract may be a good way to accelerate your issue *and* give something back to JRuby :) </advertisement> - Charlie --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list, please visit: http://xircles.codehaus.org/manage_email
