Forum: RSpec Basic cucumber setup / usage question (OSX)

I just installed cucumber and tried to run it on the included
examples/self_test. I get  the error below:

self_test > cucumber features/lots_of_undefined.feature
no such file to load -- spec/expectations (LoadError)
/Users/s/.rvm/ruby-1.8.7-p174/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/rubygems/custom_require.rb:31:in
`gem_original_require'

Any ideas?
