Asset Manager Bucket Drag n Drop doesnt work with Filters

If using a filter such as TinyMCE or FCKEditor, dragging an image from
the asset bucket will not work. It will not let you drag past the
boundary of the bucket window.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks!
