We are developing some nginx plug-ins which need to know and set
(control)
the transfer rate during the process of transfer, e.g., an upload
progress
plug-in or a VOD plug-in which shapes the traffic according to the
realtime
bitrate.
Is it possible in current nginx architect or some hack is needed?
