Ruby on Rails Development Services

Cognitation provides agile Ruby on Rails development services and
web/technology strategy consulting. Our unique approach to projects
keeps you, the client, involved at every step of the way and ensures an
end product that is effective, efficient, and affordable.

Our experience in an array of technologies such as Ruby on Rails,
CakePHP, PHP, rich Ajax user interfaces and other advanced model view
controller frameworks guarantees a well rounded approach to your
project.

Our agile development process means that you are involved in every
iteration of your new software. Each iteration lasts around 2 weeks, at
the end of which we’ll upload functional code for the agreed-upon
deliverables. This way, you can see your software take shape quickly and
without any lengthy and expensive up-front planning period. 10-15
minutes of your involvement each day ensures that your project stays on
track and on time.

At Cognitation, we believe in teamwork and open communication. We work
equally well as a one-stop source for your particular technical needs or
as part of a focused, multi-disciplinary team.

I don’t really think this is appropriate for this mailing list.
Especially since it was posted via Ruby-Forum.com which clearly says,
“Attention: posting any kind of advertisement for commercial products or
services, unless in reply to a related question, is prohibited.”

Personally, I’d like to see any advertisements deleted right out of the
forum, with a nastygram sent back to the poster that re-stated the
policy and “do it again, and we’ll block your IP”… but that’s just my
opinion.

Agree. Had the same thought, when I first recognized this post.
I think it’s ok, if somebody adds a signature to his answers, like
some
people do, then it’s a kind of small bonus for giving good answers.
Job postings are ok too.
But this kind of stuff ends up on my black list for spamming
companies…

I agree, this is not the place for this. I don’t job listings, but not
this. Please delete this posting.
