Forum: Ferret start DRb server under a specific user account

Is it possible to setup DRb Server to run under a specific account ala
apache or mongrel_cluster?

There's no special option for this, but using sudo to call to the
ferret_server script as another user should work. just pay attention
to read/write permissions for index and log files.
