Forum: Rails-core (closed, excessive spam) Update Lighthouse Pages

I would like to see some updates to the info pages on the Rails
Lighthouse project. Currently the Home page still says "This page
allows you to add information about your project". I think a short
intro and a link to the Contributing to Rails page would work well
here.

Also the "Create a patch" page appears old and incorrectly formated.
Perhaps it should be removed?
