Ruby Forum Ruby on Rails > import an existing app

I'm setting up a dev environment for an existing ruby app. I grabbed
the app files & database via SVN. I changed the database.yml file but
I can't even reach any page other than the default Welcome to Rails
page!.

What am I missing?

Hard to say. Are there any clues in log/development.log?
