Forum: Nitro Adapter options

Patch to raw/lib/raw/adapter/mongrel.rb to

 -- allow passing application.options to Mongrel startup (
application.options currently available for webrick startup )
 -- read and use mongrel options from conf/mongrel_#{Nitro.mode}.yml
