Forum: Nitro ANN: English 0.1

I just made the initial release of English. English is one the Facets
spin-off projects. It is the collection of English language related
libraries.

On the whole the libraries contained are just as they were from Facets
1.8.54. However I worked on inflect.rb (singular/plural conversion)
and it working even better now.

Ah, another small step toward the next release of Nitro...
