Forum: Rails Engines Mongrel dies with no Exceptions

Hi all,

I have a difficult to debug problem. It regards mongrel_rails. I use
these versions:

Linux kernel 2.6.21-1.3194.fc7
Mongrel Web Server 1.0.1
Rails 1.2.3
mysql-5.0.37-2.fc7

I use mongrel_cluster with 8 instances. The problem is that from time to
time some of the instances stop responding.

First I thought it is a problem of rails mysql driver and the mysql
server. However I installed a locally compiled version and did some
timeout configurations. So I think that isn't the problem. Moreover this
problem sometimes occures immediately after cluster startup.

Please give me any ideas how to fix this problem or any ideas how to
debug it in more details.
