Can you make that into an external style instead of an inline style?
You've got mozilla-specific code in that inline style that is
most-likely throwing IE off..

   position:absolute;top:0px;
   left:0px;
   width:100%;height:100%;opacity:.0;
   cursor:hand;z-index:2000;
}

/* IE will skip these rules */

That, and I think that inline styles are the tool of the devil :)
