Forum: Ruby on Rails can't we do globalization by using localhost

hi,

  I am new to ror, i want to implement the globalize 1.2. i am trying to
install for 2 days, but now working.

   i am inplementing in localhost, by using localhost can't we do the
globalization. please let me know , what is the reason i couldn't do.
