We are partnering with our client who needs to hire a number of
Software Developers with solid Ruby on Rails experience. As a member
of our clients programming team you will be responsible for
development and maintenance of Web applications in the Ruby on Rails
development framework. This position designs, develops, troubleshoots,
debugs, maintains and documents software code in support of the
company’s overall strategy. This includes both internal and customer-
facing applications.

Skills:
’ Ruby on Rails experience in production Web applications.
’ Strong object-oriented programming experience.
’ Model-View-Controller experience.
’ Web application framework experience.
’ SQL experience and good understanding of database schema design.
’ Previous work shows understanding of the need for code reuse and
components.
’ Basic understanding of version control.
’ Adoption of the underlying philosophy and methodology of the Ruby on
Rails framework.
’ Clean coding style.
