My whole site disappeared!

I was changing some model attribute names and forms and when I went to
test it I got this error:

Not Found
`/’ not found.
WEBrick/1.3.1 (Ruby/1.8.5/2006-08-25) at 68.174.154.222:3002

I get the same error no matter which controller/action i put in. What
happened?

Restarting everything multiple times fixed this issue.
