Mailing List - Daily?

Hi to all!

I was signed up to the mailing list until I started getting ridiculous
amounts of e-mails overnight. Would it be possible to rather than send
an e-mail per post to send an e-mail once every 24 hours that contains
all new topics and posts?

Most mailing lists provide an option to send daily digests.

But you don't need to be subscribed to the mailing lists at all to post 
to them via Ruby-Forum.com.
